General Indication:
A tremor of hand is essentially a disease of the old age from 50 to 70 years. Men suffer twice as women. Paucity of movement and muscular rigidity are the initial symptoms. Muscular weakness always accompanies rigidity and tremors. It is a regular rhythmic contraction of muscles and is increased by excitement and self consciousness and ceases during sleep.
