The specific symptom are crazy itching, dry, patchy, scaly or crusted skin around and back of ears.
General Indication:
Sometimes eczema starts from the scalp and moves down to the ears or it can first appear on the ears. Ear eczema is usually found behind the ear as red patches of dry skin. The patches of skin will even appear to be scaly or crusted.
